Prashant is an enterprenuer and has held key positions in Sales/Marketing and General Management at Times Group (Times Education and TimesJobs.com), ICICI Lombard GIC and Sony Entertainment Television. He has vast experience in setting up and managing large and diverse sales force. Prashant holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Mechanical Engineering Degree from REC, Nagpur.

Jai Chartered Accountant From Price Waterhouse and MBA from IIM Bangalore. He started his career in sales and marketing at ITC. He co-founded SmartCC - a online prepaid card system. Then he went on to help set up the events division at Radio Mirchi and contributed to it becoming the largest radio channel in India. He grew Kidstuff into the largest national school promotions company in India and also set up an outsourced retail management company with over 5000 employees.

Kamath started his career in 1998 as a software engineer in D.E.Shaw India Private Limited after completing his B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. Prior to NextEducation, Kamath was the Director of Business Intelligence at PartyGaming. He has extensive cross-platform experience in the Internet and E-Commerce sector in software development; systems design implementation, data center installation and administration, security and scalability management.

Kedar completed his M.Tech from IIT, Kharagpur in 1993 and has over 18 years of cumulative experience in software development and management. Kedar was the Chief Software Architect for PartyGaming, the world's largest online gaming company. His core expertise is in Java/J2EE, Client-Server architecture and Web-based applications, and he has successfully led large development teams.

Deependra graduated in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay in 1998. Prior to being associated with
NextEducation, Deependra served as the Director of Transaction Services at Party Gaming. Currently based out of Gibraltar, Deependra has extensive technology and business experience.

Vijay has 18 years of experience across the IT/ITES industry. Prior to NextEducation, Vijay was the Director - Operations and IT at Ivy Comptech. His wide experience ranges across IT Infrastructure build-outs, MIS and Software project management, and building high performance teams . He has led and managed both technical and financial operations across large teams with extensive budgets.
