Train team on importance of the department and its objective- Why are they here and the reason of existence of this department

Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behaviour consistent with words.
Plan weekly sessions with TL and Executives. Plan, what needs to be taught and how to measure the effectiveness. Document the data, so that they may able to see the bigger picture. Monitor productivity and effectiveness
Organise monthly test on pricing, process and other items which will help them in timely processing of POs and resolution of RTs with perfection
Train team how to deal with difficult people softly and to the point. How to revert in RT so that it should not be repoen again
Ensure the trainings of executives done by L&D are effective and useful.
Groom TL for next level - Ensure you give him enough task/enough training which can help him in growing to next level.
Create/Update reports required for TnX, Weekly NSC meeting and other meetings if planned with management. Should think how to put a report in CRM if it is required regularly.
Ensure TAT is maintained among team. All POs uploaded before 4 pm should be moved to Agreement Ready on same day and POs uploaded after 4 pm should be moved to Agreement Ready by 12 noon of next day
Should think how to lower down the RT flow and calls by Sales/Ops - People call, mail and raise RT for single work. Should think how to educate them and/or support them in getting faster solution.
Identify useless work done for other departments (ex: partcode change for SCM), discuss with them and automate it to reduce manual effort which has no/less value.
